As part of a school project Angela was raising money for the Uganda Hands for Hope charity. On 18 Feb 2012 she did 250 continuous kicks completing them in 7 minutes and raising over £100. Well done Angela!

On saturday, January 14, we held a special training session with Sensei Dave Austin, 5th Dan, who is the chief instructor at the Egham Karate Club. We also had visitors from Egham, Farnborough and Sutton, amongst them Sensei Neil Jerome, 4th Dan, head instructor at the Kenmei Karate Club, Sutton.

On Wednesday, 7th December, there was a special session and grading with Sensei Bob Rhodes, 7th dan, at the Kenmei karate club in Sutton. Congratulations to everyone who passed. Standing on the right in the photo is Sensei Neil Jerome, 4th dan, who is the instructor at the club.
